We are psychology clinic located in Varsity Lakes, on the Gold Coast and have a capable and professional team to help focuses on psychological well-being. we also function as a broader multidisciplinary team which include an occupational therapist and exercise physiologist at our second clinic which allow us to also provide an intergrated approach for our clients who may be NDIS funded.  We offer a number of diagnostic assessments for mental health and NDIS including but not limited to:

Assessment will generally start with an initial clinical assessment to discuss needs which may include self-report assessments and will include a timeline and estimated cost.  

At Bela Menso, we specialise in psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults, working with a variety of mental health issues. including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and many other. We use evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-related interventions in order to provide the best care for our clients.
